The second Thursday of the month crept up WAY TOO QUICKLY for May's Language Exchange and it felt like it was over just as fast! It was wonderful. This month really gave an opportunity to get to know one another with the use of our TESL classic "Find Someone Who" and the enthused group. We were an intimate group but that only allowed for more conversation, whatsmore.... I actually spoke Catalan and understood what I said, an amazing feat for which I'd like to thank all.
Ms. Karme was the star of the night, donning an amazing Iron Maiden t-shirt, this Catalan native was schooling us on everything from the art of a "Calcotada" to stress management at the Generalitat de Barcelona. Rock on sister!
